Ashley was my first agent but Sue took my order . Later on Sue was assigned the order. Only negative side was Sue went for vacation for 1 week and things seemed moving very slowly. I was worried as I had a feeling that when your agent is gone, others are not so helpful. But once Sue was back, everything moved fast. She handled it very good. Sue responded promptly to my every enquiry and made sure my car was picked up before I fly. The price did go up though, Sue said drivers asking for higher price, it was not a problem for me as my employer paid me. Also Sue adjusted the broker price to lower one. Overall at the end I am very satisfied with Magic Carpet, especially Sue.

To be fair to my fellow co-workers, it is actually typical for the carriers to be assigned on or after the first available date of the vehicle and we got you dispatched 2 days prior. You had a pretty tight time frame to work with and I am so glad we got you picked up before you left. It was my pleasure working with you.
