I'm not sure why you rated me a 3 star for knowledgable yet in fact stated in your comment that I was very knowledgable. Also, you rated me a 1 star for honesty. Of course you do not know me personally but I am honest to a fault so I do take offense to being rated so low on that. Many apologies for taking off a few hours one day to take my elderly mother with heart disease to the doctor as she couldn't drive herself. I guess I should have been there for your car transport instead. Regarding your transport, we found you a carrier within hours of booking your order. They picked up your car 2 days later. Yes, I do believe it was better that the driver stop to get his lights fixed and be 1 day late rather than drive without them. Last, I have 26 emails within a 3 day period in which every email you sent me, I actioned and replied to you. I'm sorry if you were made to feel neglected in the customer service rating.
