When I called Magic Carpet I spoke with Kaleigh for almost a half an hour. She took the time to explain how the auto transport industry really works. She explained pricing, bidding, and how other companies can often be dishonest in how they present the process. I really appreciated the thorough education. My daughter's car was shipped from Alexandria, VA to the Bay Area in California, and it only took 8 days. The car was unharmed, and the price was what I had been told it would be. I had shipped one other vehicle in my life, and it took several weeks longer than the company had said (I can't remember their name, but it wasn't Magic Carpet)-so I was wary going into this, but Magic Carpet lived up to their high reputation. I would definitely use them again.
