Our initial phone call with Sue was great, she was very professional, courteous, informative and straight forward with explaining the process and how each order goes out to bid. She followed up a few days later with the transport company name and number who accepted the bid. The carrier was communicative, came when he said he would and the car arrived safely across the country. The car actually arrived before we were able to get it picked up, but the carrier held onto it for two days free of charge and drove it to my son when he arrived in town. Sue followed up to make sure that all had gone well.
We have shipped a car before (California to Texas) and it was delayed by weeks and the process seemed mysterious. Working with Magic Carpet was the opposite experience and I would highly recommend their services.
