When you made your reservation, you mentioned based on your itinerary your "Preferred loading was June 16th-23rd." I presented this information over to our dispatch, the carriers and their dispatch. When it was dispatched, your estimated pick up was for 23rd. On the 22nd in the am you mentioned you discussed with the driver about it loading that night. Your loading transpired in your preferred dates w/ a drop on 30th or 1st.Your transport was 7 days going from NY to WA, which is usually a 10-14 day trip. And my service was ONE carrier for duration of the trip.
So, your complaint is pricing...yet the carriers determine this. Did your friend also transport a full size sedan? take a second and factor in oils and diesel prices and timing since this is a commodity industry.
I appreciate your recommendation based on my service which is really important to me, but what puzzles me is that your posting a 4 Star review over all...let's see...You had no damage, vehicle loaded and delivered within your itinerary and you post a 4 Star because of price which ultimately neither you and I have any control of. If you'd like to obtain better pricing on your next transport, ship a motorcycle and select a short run somewhere in the south in the winter months. It was nice working with you. Thanks a lot, Felicia
