My primary point of contact with the company was a gentlemen by the name of Casey Jackson. He was professional and I was satisfied with the customer service I received. Mine was a bit of a special case because my vehicle was in storage, it didn't start and I didn't have a key for the vehicle at the time. The company worked with me to solve those issues and the pick-up went ahead as scheduled.
I had never shipped a vehicle before and so I assumed it would be quite an ordeal, but with Magic Carpet the entire process was prompt and easy.
