We moved from Florida to Arizona this month (June 2012). Our moving company was going to transport our convertible in an enclosed carrier. Two weeks prior to the move, we were called (we are in Nebraska and organizing the move by phone) and told they could not move the vehicle in an enclosed carrier but could move it by an open carrier for the same price. (2500.00).
We had used Magic Carpet in November of 2011 when we moved our son's car from Arizona to Nebraska and were extremely impressed by their service and the carrier. ane here's why..not only was the car picked up promptly and delivered on time, but when we went to pick up the car, my husband forgot that they did not take a credit card and needed cash or a cashier's check. The driver said "Don't worry about it, just send me a personal check." We were blown away by the over and above customer service. Casey was our contact that first time around but I did not take the time to write a review.. Sorry Casey.
When we were told by our moving company that they couldn't do what they said they would, I called Magic Carpet and received the same great customer service. The total cost to move this vehicle was 1060.00.
I would recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transport to anyone moving a vehicle. I am pleased to report that our little convertible arrived safe and sound.
