Sue was very courteous, informative, and proactive. She called me to check if I have heard any news from the drivers on the scheduled delivery date. After the delivery date, she called me back asking about the delivery and the car condition, to make sure everything was in schedule and satifactorily. And, I was satisfied with her service and the company's service.
