The company I originally contacted failed to show up so I was left in the lurch with only 3 days to move our Honda. I contacted Felicia on a Friday afternoon based on other positive reviews. Within 1 hour of my calling her, she had a carrier for me at a price less than her original quote and for a pick-up on Monday. The carrier, Uz Auto Trans, arrived on Monday and delivered the car to Massachusetts 48 hours later, one day early. Felicia was available to me from start to finish. I learned how crucial it is to rely on a highly rated company in this unregulated industry.
