i dealt with stephanie hamiliton. she was both helpful and accommodating as i had a specific date the vehicle needed to be picked up due to a sudden work relocation. on a follow-up call, stephanie was unavailable and i spoke to lloyd who was also very helpful. my vehicle was picked up on the scheduled day and delivered on the day the driver told me he would be there. other than road dust the car was delivered in good condition. my only comment, and i found this to be true of all the transport companies i spoke to, they all tell you it is ok to put personal belongings in the vehicle (most say to keep below window line) and they all tell you how much your vehicle is insured for but no one tells you that personal belongings are not covered in the contract. i did not find this out until the driver picked up the vehicle and it was too late to remove the personal items. needless to say i was not pleased. lesson learned. that notwithstanding, i would recommend magic carpet transport.
