John told me they could do it for a certain price, I gave them my credit card information for preauthorization then they started telling me that "oh that was just a quote it looks like it might be $100-$200 more"!!! Then they left me hanging because I was a little upset. They didn't call me at all around my delivery date not one time to let me know what is going on.

Tru auto transport Is a week business also. they just wanted to email me constantly telling me how bad of the decision I made by using magic carpet transport. When Kim told me to look at reviews in which magic carpet had Great ones she started telling me oh it doesn't count them. I don't know why magic carpet has good reviews?

We had 3 carriers assigned for this customer. He refused to pay more than the quoted price even when it was within $50 of the quoted price. I explained to this customer that we give out quotes and not guaranteed prices.
