Second time I've used Magic Carpet in as many months, time for a change methinks! Almost three weeks from my initial call to Casey until the vehicle was picked up. Far too much chasing on the phone on my part and FAR too many instances of Casey not returning my call. I did however, receive a call asking me to post a review of my last transaction with him, asking for 5 stars as he was 'up for a review with the Boss'....really.and that affects me how? Sorry Casey, you were too slow, inefficient and unable to complete our transportation in a suitable amount of time. Not returning phone calls is unforgivable, FACT. Magic Carpet needs to shake the bottle and give their Genie a kick up the backside. Sorry, no five stars from me.
