Sue did a great job of explaining the car transport process and trying to work within my budget range, as I am a student. She was patient, understanding, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. The car was picked up early and I needed it to go to a wedding which I had to cancel; however, I was fully aware that the carrier could pick up the car up to 3 days early.

I'm unclear as to why the carrier agreed to one date but then changed it without contacting me. Unfortunately, this business can be somewhat trying at times for all of us, but I am glad it all worked out...other than your missed event, that is.
