Dishonest and late!

We saw the great reviews and went with Magic carpet. Lloyd quoted us 900 to move a 4x4 vehicle across the country. What seemed to good to be true, actually was. We gave 6 weeks notice and as the move date approached Lloyd did not return phone calls. We started getting anxious, as we needed to move the vehicle. After calling and calling we talked to his coworker (THE DAY BEFORE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO MOVE) who told me it was going to be more than we were quoted. I was beyond stressed bc I wish they would have been honest from the get go. If it's going to be 1500$, just quote us 1500$! Honesty goes along way with my husband and I, and magic carpet doesn't have it! Our friends also cancelled their shiMpment with this company as well. If u want honesty and things do be done in a timely manner, this company isn't the right one. Angels moving autos is the company we chose and theyve been nothing short of amazing!
