I found Magic Carpet Auto Transport to be easy to work with, flexible to my needs, and friendly. The initial setting up of the process was easy and they were very informative. We ran into a complication with the vehicle at the time of pickup and discovered it was not running as I had been told by the seller from whom I purchased. Magic Carpet worked with me on this issue, as did the truck driver. They were courteous and efficient. I would use them again if I need a vehicle hauled. Probably due to the location of the vehicle to be picked up, it took several days for us to get a truck, but once the call came that someone would go get it, it was only a matter of one day for the vehicle to be delivered to me.
