Overall I am satisfied with Magic Carpet Auto. The transaction is not as smooth as I originally expected because the 1st assigned driver has family emergency and could not pick up the car at the time I initially planned, but Magic Carpet Auto quickly arranged another driver the next day.

During the whole transaction I called Magic Carpet Auto many times, and during their business hours I always got someone to speak with, most of the time I got the person who I want to speak to.

Will use Magic Carpet Auto next time.
