I contacted Felicia after reviewing mutiple quotes. They were not the lowest price, but they were in Washington so I thought I would keep the busniess at home. We got the transport all set up on an ENCLOSED TRAILER. She then called the next day and advised me she needed an aditional $149 due to fuel cost. I dissagreed due to my quote but I was caught off guard and said "OK" do it. She dispached a OPEN TRAILER to pick up my car. Thanks to the gentleman that has the car knowing what I wanted, he refused the pick up call. I then got a call from the driver wanting me to authorize the pick up. I said" NO, call your dispacher". I then called Felicia and left a voice mail and told her to "Fix this NOW!". After 36 hours she finely called me back and told me that I did not request a enclosed trailer. I then read her the e-mail that she sent me that said ENCLOSED TRAILER. She contintued to argue with me and said she now needed another $200 due to the enclosed trailer was NOT ordered. I then FIRED them and notified them by e-mail.

FELICIA BOND 602-354-2851, 360-2104892, felicia@magiccarpetautotransport.com Hello Jim, your review is UNBELIEVABLE to me! Especially since I was with you every step of the way. I worked with you several times EACH day and spent a lot of time on the transport for you to cancel and provide a 0 star review over price. The original quote I received from you, was for open carrier. The $149 difference in price was best dispatch price for an open carrier for your availability restrictions. A carrier will NOT accept a vehicle for an enclosed transport at an open carrier rate. Enclosed transports are more money. And this is when you got upset and cancelled. The carriers determine the pricing, not me. I am just the messenger. Thank you for your time, Sincerely, Felicia
