My wife and I moved from New Jersey to California and decided to ship two of our vehicles. We had initially gone through another company that set us up with a driver that had really bad reviews, so we had to cancel with the other company. From that point on, we were a lot more careful with the company we chose.

Throughout the process of speaking with Magic Carpet, they were very curteous and respectful and were able to put our minds at ease with every concern. As far as the pick-up and delivery went, it was seamless. In fact, the vehicles were delivered early and held at no cost at a location that was close by our destination for us to pick up. They had given us the option of holding the vehicles there for us to pick up at our convenience or to ship them to us after we arrived. We chose to pick them up.

We were very pleased with the condition of the vehicles. Moreover, we were also very pleased with the cost of the transport - which they lowered for us based on the previous quote we had received. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a safe and reliable transport company. I am not expecting to receive any incentives for writing this review.
