This was the first time I have transported an auto. Felicia with Magic Carpet Auto Transport went above and beyond to make sure she understood my needs and did everything she could to meet them. My situation was unique in that I could not be at the point of pick up. I was getting the auto back from an ex, so the situation was delicate. Felicia provided her personal attention to the timing and details to make sure things went smoothly. I basically just asked her to handle it and let me know when the vehicle was on a truck. That is exactly what she did. No hassle and as stress free as it could have been. I would highly recommend MCAT and specifically recommend Felicia!
