Excellent customer service!!

The pick up began with frustration since no carrier was available to transport my vehicle for the route. The customer service associate kept me posted on carrier availability until she found one. I am not familiar with the process of vehicle transport, but she was very patient with me and very helpful. I must say their customer service was 5 stars! The same representative always contacted me, and even when I called in, the others always was able to get hold of her and I was able to speak with her right away. Thanks to her, this experience was super pleasant!

Hi Emiko, Yes, it certainly was difficult finding a carrier to pick up from South Carolina, but we kept at it until finally we were successful. Fortunately, the trip back with your other vehicle was much quicker in finding a carrier.
