The transport of my car was a headache from beginning to end - NOT due to Magic Carpet! I had to have the car basically all redone internally before transferring to an Arizona warm climate and Magic Carpet was willing to wait it out because of the mechanic's schedule's uncertainty. THEN - I needed it to be in AZ by a certain time due to the fact that I was picking up live animals at the airport. No rental car companies allow pets in their cars; therefore, it was imperative that I have my own car for this. To make matters worse the airlines cancelled our airline departure due to mechanical issues (no one still knows what that means). I received an e-mail and no phone calll. I've had to eat two airline tickets, postpone my departure by two weeks and buy another two airline tickets for two weeks later. Can you imagine me calling back and forth having this take place and explaining to Magic Carpet now that my car was already on the truck. BUT - they worked with me. Brandon at MC was calm and said "all would work out". I talked to the driver, Arthur, who was just one of the nicest folks I've met in a very long time. He, too, had the same attitude as Brandon, "don't worry about it" we'll work something out. Between Brandon and Arthur, they assured me they would get the car to AZ and on my driveway, even though I would not be there. Arthur assured me he would drive it to the house or put it in a safe holding area in AZ is exactly what the outcome was.

I would recommend them highly and plan to use their service again for another auto to be transported to AZ in the near future. My neighbor, across the street said all is well with the car.
