When I first contacted this company, I spoke with Sheila Paquette. She was a friendly, honest person who I enjoyed speaking with. She seemed to be very knowledgeable about the business of transporting vehicles from point A to point B. As I got involved in the set up of getting a company vehicle transported from one state to another, I did not have all the details and information that Sheila needed to have. So after I received the additional information from my superior, I called again and talked to Sheila. Although decisions were not finalized by my superior, I could also not continue to finalize the transport to be done until I was given the okay to proceed. Consequently, I called back and was not able to speak with Sheila due to her helping another customer so the person I talked with said he could help. Due to the decisions on dates and times being made by someone other than myself and getting all the information needed to make this happen on my part, I had to call back several times with new information. Each time I called, I spoke with a different person. I understand that they all can help with the process, but I always prefer to speak with the same person that I spoke with initially at the beginning of the process, especially when they are nice. Upon speaking with the other reps in this auto transport company, I found the other reps not as friendly and understanding as Sheila. Sheila has excellent customer service skills and that says a lot about a person in this business. Had Sheila not been my first point of contact, I might not have used this company's transporting service. That's how good Sheila's customer service is.

I am glad I was able to speak with you this morning. I always prefer to be the only one who assists my customers and believe the "Kid Glove" approach is the best. Transporting a vehicle is not for the week of heart and can be incredibly stressful.
