The Service was pretty good, I check them out throughly. Since there are so many companies to choose from, I consider the quote, how long they've been in business, and the customer service representative. She was very quick to apeace me on what was going on. She told me she was fairly new, but because there was someone "lookiing over her shoulder" so to speak. It was nice to have someone else to call in case I was not satisfied with something.
This is a very long trip, and it was my son's truck leaving our home, going to his college dorm. This was very important to me and my husband, and we could not afford any mishaps. I was very please when he called and said it was there and the guy was taking it off the truck, which was an 18 wheeler. The only thing I didn't like was the truck driver could not give me son a reciept for the cash he gave in exchange for the truck. All and all, it was a nice experience......
