Sheila made the entire process transparent and painless. She is very knowledgeable and helped me understand the process of shipping a car across the country. She was responsive to follow-up emails and calls I was able to keep track of my car as it moved across the country. The car was picked up much faster than I would have expected (just two business days after it was available) and arrived in the number of days that they advertised. No dents, no scratches. The driver called the night before delivery and gave an accurate arrival time. The car came to my house on a flatbed and was securely delivered. Aside from dust on the outside, which you cannot avoid with open transport, the car looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Thank you, Sheila. As a first-time user of auto transport, I could not have wished for better service.
