Excellent results but communications could have been better

Overall I am very satisfied with the service we received from Magic Carpet and the Delivery driver. Sheila was very helpful in explaining the process and was very responsive to my inquiries. The car was delivered on time and in good shape and the driver was very courteous.

My one suggestion for an improved experience is the communications from Magic Carpet when my request had not been picked up and it was the day I had hoped to have it picked up (my moving day!). I was in the position of leaving town the next day and yet had no solution. Sheila was able to get a driver to commit to a pickup time 3 days later, but it meant I had to impose on a friend to handle it for me on xmas day. I would have liked to be informed more about this risk in advance.

But all worked out ok. The driver ended up coming a day early, which was fine for my friend. I appreciated the service.
