We were moving two cars and I had received multiple quotes. Magic carpet was originally higher than many of the quotes I received but were extremely knowledgeable and one of the only ones where I could talk to a person and ask some actual questions. I had been cautioned by aquaintances to not go with anyone really inexpensive as they had all had bad expiriences. In speaking to Felicia she was able to get more specifics about the relocation and was able to adjust the rate to match the other rates. That combined with her knowledge and willingness to work with me convinced me to use them and I was pleased with the overall service from Magic Carpet.
