I was a little apprehensive as this was my first experience using an auto transport company but it turned out to be not only convenient and less expensive than picking it up myself, but also very plesant as the representative, Don, who was cordial and humorous, kept me informed at each step of the process. The coordination and communication between the dealer, the driver, and myself was excellent and the truck arrived a day earlier than expected. (Although I'm not sure he remembered that Steppenwolf did the song rather than the Beatles!)
