Hi Pan, Terribly sorry you felt the service was lacking. I was available for you every day that you called and emailed. I also was in contact with the carrier on the estimated pick-up date as well as the delivery date, and several times in between. We cannot predict that they will pick up early and I did my very best to explain to you the entire process several times. I also told you from the beginning that packing household goods may cost you extra money and would have to be worked out between you and the carrier. The cost of your transport without the household goods was $990 not $1120. I actually spent more time on your transport than I usually do with others so again, very sorry you were dissatisfied.
