Magic Carpet was extremely straight-forward and easy to deal with from the beginning. I requested a quote online and heard from them the very same day. It only took them a few days to find a carrier willing to transport my vehicle on fairly short notice. I heard from the representative who was handling my order, Kathy, multiple times throughout the process: keeping me updated and apprised of the situation and progress. She was extremely friendly and helpful. My vehicle arrived even more promptly than I expected it to. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my service. Considering I'd never had a vehicle shipped and was nervous about it, the lack of hassle and ease was definitely worth the cost.
