This is my second encounter with MCAT. The first one went fine, this one a lot less than that.


I'm not concerned with the delayed pick up/delivery. All brokers are at the mercy of the driver.
However, it is frustrating to hear from the DEALER that the car wasn't picked up 3 days after the scheduled date. More frustrating to call/email and leave messages mulitple times during the transport window and not receive a return call.

My car was delivered 2 days ago. I called this morning to tell her and she has yet to call back as of 3:30 this afternoon. I'm not even sure she even knows its here.

I would like to say there were times I did return your calls only to receive your voicemail. As for your vehicle not being picked up, we were told by the carrier it was loaded and we were unable to make contact with your person at the dealership. Once I was informed that it had not been picked up I was right on it and got that taken care of and quickly. As for the delivery, I knew it had been delivered since the carrier after knowing how upset I was with his not picking up on time made sure he called me on my personal cell to let me know it had been delivered. When you called and left a message for me I was in a meeting and did not answer your phone or my email when I tried to contact you before you left for the day. I am happy we were able to get your vehicle to you safe and sound. Sheila
