I had a pleasant experience from the get go. Magic Carpet staff was friendly and informative. I was informed that I had a driver that was available to pick up my car just a few hours after placing my order. I was impressed with the amount of communication. The staff at Magic Carpet made sure that I was aware that I had a carrier and after my car was picked up they called again to make sure everything went smoothly. The transportation company even gave me the option to have my car pick up early. My car was shipped with no problems and arrived two days earlier than expected. I have no doubt that I would do business with this company again.
