My spouse and I had heard a number of horror stories about car shipping companies and were concerned about this. We had to get the car back and there was no way around it.
We were very pleased with every contact we had with the person responsible for handling our arrangements. She was consistently pleasant and went out of her way to ensure that we were kept informed of what was happening each step of the process. She each time made a point of checking to see if we had any questions and were completely satisfied with what was happening. After the car was delivered she also checked again to make sure everything went according as planned. Quite a pleasant experience dealing with her. As a company manager myself I would love to have staff like her! Thanks, Robert
