Don explained the entire process and why there are so many horror stories you can read about in this industry. He was honest, very respponsive and kept me informed all along the way. Pickup was on time ( despite the short notice I provided) and delivery was also on time 4 days later. All in all , a flawless process. I would definitley use this group again!
