Good customer service but late pickup

Overall disappointed with my experience. My agent was very helpful and courteous, but there was an obvious disconnect with the contractor. They did not show up on the scheduled day of pickup, and when I called the contractor nobody answered. Eventually they showed up two days late, and claimed they were never dispatched for the original date. I was also led to believe my car would be carried on the same transporter door to door, but that was also false. The contractor showed up with a flatbed tow truck, which took my car to another unknown location to be loaded on a transporter. When the contractor arrived at the destination, he could not start the car. This was because someone had removed the security chip from under the dash. Why, I don't know. If I had not sent another copy of the security chip ahead by mail, they never would have got the car started.

Sorry to hear that you were not 100 satisfied wit the driver we dispatched to. There was no way that a semi truck was going to be able to get into your FARM so they had a flat bed truck go to pick up from your Farm-Residence.
