Adrian has been helpful and patient throughout the whole process. There was a few hiccups with the transportation of my vehicle which made it hard to give it 5 star rating.

The first carrier that was assigned to picked up my vehicle called me the day before the scheduled picked up that they are now 2 days delay. Since they also asked for ~$75 in addition to the agreed cost $1205 and I felt they did poorly on communicating this issue on a timely manner, my order with that carrier was cancelled. Adrian did a great job coordinating this and found me another carrier (Motion Auto Carrier) that was able to pick up my vehicle at the quoted price ($1205).

Motion Auto Carrier LLC picked up my vehicle a day prior to the scheduled pick up date. My friend helped me with the delivery of the vehicle. The milage was not noted on the vehicle inspection report. I intentionally filled up my gas to 1/2 of the tank so that my friend could have some flexibility if he needs to drive my car. My friend told me he put less than 5 miles on my vehicle. Upon delivery, there was only 1/4 of gas. My car is a Prius 2011. 1/4 would enable someone to drive for at least 100 miles. This was a strange phenomenon and I cannot pursue this issue because milage was not noted on the vehicle inspection report.

The most frustrated thing is the delivery. The carrier arrived 4 days early. He insisted that he attempted to call me the night before. However, my cellphone did not show any missed call or voicemail. He called me ~8 times on the day of delivery and left numerous voicemail. Since he was 4 days early and I did not expect his call, I did not have my phone during my morning office meeting. Once we got in contact with each other at noon, he was rude over the phone. I was told at one point that they are putting my vehicle in storage and I would be charged for it.

My experience with Adrian was good. My experience with Motion Auto Carrier is not. I would use Adrian again, but I will not use Motion Auto Carrier again.

Lesson Learned:
- Although some carrier will ask for more money, it is possible to get a carrier to transport your vehicle at the quoted price.
- Make sure the carrier write down the mileage of your vehicle.
