I ship car(s) frenquently between NYC and Beverly Hills. In the past, I have had tons of trauma getting companies to follow up with information or even let me pay by credit card. Kathy was EXTREMELY patient as we discussed options and got the job done! Only downside: first available pickup was 5 days from my initial call. Ultimately though, the price is reasonable for this high quality of service. Definitely will be my #1 choice in the future.:
