Overall this was effortless. If you don't know anything about the auto moving business, the first thing you need to realize is that Magic Carpet and companies like it are brokers. This means that the people who load and transport your car are self-employed and are subcontracted by the brokers (i.e. magic carpet). All of my interactions with Kathy and Magic Carpet were practically perfect in every way.
The only reason I did not give this review a perfect score is that the driver (not directly employed by Magic) tried to pick up the car a day early. I called magic carpet and they cleared up everything instantly. I would certainly use Magic again without hesitation. Just realize how the business works and know that if something is not going perfectly that Magic will fix it for you.
