My experience was typical. I got many quotes from different companies that were all about the same but went with this one since it was the highest rated. I ended up having to pat $100 extra on account of the driver requesting it but that was expected. This whole industry seems rife with scams and irresponsibility, but my experience was pretty good. Casey kept in touch with me throughout the entire process which I appreciated. What I really do not appreciate is every company badmouthing all of the others seems to be their primary marketing tactic. Overall this company was what I expected, not great but got the job done with relatively little hassle.
