I selected Magic Carpet because I have never had a good experience transporting a vehicle. Magic Carpet (MC) is very good at responding to your calls, emailing your order, courtesy and availability. Nevertheless, it is just a broker and it is still dependent upon the drivers who are totally independent. My car was picked up late, but delivered 2 days earlier than estimated. This would generally be good, but in my case, the late pick up and early delivery were inconvenient.
There is a market for a reliable and predictable auto transporter, but to my knowledge, no one is there to satisfy the demand.
