Kathy was polite and helpful. She answered all my questions and was patient when I asked her to clarify answers.
I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly she called me to say she had a carrier lined up for me. The carrier called me so say he woud be a little late on the pick up day and he arrived when he said he would.
He kept in contact with the person who was receiving the auto until the delivery was made.
The car arrived in perfect condition. Overall, the experience was painless and I would use Magic Carpet Auto Transport again if I need to ship another auto.
Kathy Ashlock was professional when dealing with me and if I needed Magic Carpet Auto Transport's services again, I would request Kathy as my contact person.
