Magic Carpet Auto Transport provided a very competitive rate for moving our car from Virginia to the San Diego area. I was contacted by Stephanie who provided a very complete explanation of the moving process and the payment instructions. She was always very courteous and friendly, and kept us apprised of when the car would be picked up and when it would be delivered. The car was actually picked up a day early and delivered 3 days early according to the contract. This was not a problem because of the excellent communications from Stephanie. When calling her for updates, I was immediately transfered to her extension. We believe in being proactive and probably called more than the average client, but Stephanie was always cheerful and helpful. The car was delivered early, with a full day's notice. We have already recommended Stephanie to one of our friends who hired Magic Carpet Auto Transport to move one of their cars to Californial
