Russell, I took pride in finding you a carrier and at as close to our quoted price as possible; a quote is as accurrate as it can be at time of order and you had the choice to approve or deny this transport. We had used this carrier many times previously and all delivery's were on time with no issues. It is unfortunate that this accident occured, but you are fully insured for this damage with no deductible, this may not have been the case with other means of transport. I thank you for your business Russell, in the absence of this accident, I am positive that the service I provided you would have been rated 5 stars.
