I'm so sorry you feel I neglected you, Graeme. I was actually in constant contact with both you and the carrier on both ends of the transport. I was completely upfront the whole way. It did cost you a bit more, because originally you stated you needed your car picked up that week, but when the car wasn't ready, it had already been dispatched to the carrier. I'm sorry if there was a misunderstanding about "going home for the day", as you know I was always available even off the clock through email. Your car was actually delivered 2 days earlier than originally estimated.
