The people at Magic Carpet were very nice, but my car was not picked up in the time frame that it was suppose to be. After the date that my car was suppose to be picked up, and it wasn't, I called almost daily to see what they were doing to get it shipped. When I called to check and see if there was any progress in getting a carrier for my car I was always told, "Not yet, but we're working on it". The whole process of shipping my car was unpleasant because they had no idea when my car might be shipped. It did end up getting shipped, but overall I was unhappy with how the whole process went.
