I put my trust in them, however they could never call me back, could never keep me informed of an;y status. Gave them 3 different tries. Its 3mos later now, and because of them, I still don't have my vehicle. I cancelled my contract, and have yet to receive my refund. And its been promised to me on 3 different occasions. Now they have disconnected the phone. I presume to keep every one's money. However little do they know, I work with DOT and know the right channels to pursue and get there authority revoked, and bring criminal charges for there illegal activity. I hope they get there act together, but for some reason I doubt it. I JUST WANT MY REFUND BACK, NOW..............

We apologize that your vehicle was not picked up on a timely manner, but if you would have just waited one more day, we would ad have a truck for you. And you deposit has been refunded in full.
