NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

I was moving from North Carolina to New York. I did my research and found many positive reviews about this company and decided to go with them. I now believe that all the positive reviews are just fake reviews written by their employees because I don't have ONE positive thing to say about this company. Working with them was almost a month long headache. I scheduled my car to be picked up one week before I was moving so that I gave them a little cushion room in case something happened and they picked it up late. Of course, the day they were supposed to pick it up came and went and I didn't hear a word from them. I called them constantly. Their phone lines were always "busy" or they just decided not to answer. Every day they would say that it would only be another day or two and they told us four times that they would contact us by the end of the day to give us an update. They NEVER called us once. The day before we moved, the car still wasn't picked up and they still couldn't give us an answer as to when it would be picked up. I had to leave the car with a neighbor, which was a huge inconvenience. We'd call to get updates. Never got any real answer for them. FINALLY I got an email from them saying they found a carrier for me. However, the original quote was $380 total and now they said it would be $575 total. ARE THEY SERIOUS? I tried to call them and ask why I would have to pay an extra $200 but of course they didn't answer the phone. I responded to the email and told them to call me about my order. No call. Shocker. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SETVICE!! THEN to top of this miserable experience, I looked at my bank statement and saw that they had charged my credit car THREE times!! So not only was my car 15 days late, charged $195 more than the original quote, but I was charged three times. I decided to pay the extra cost just to get my car here and break ties with this sad excuse for a business. I will post reviews everywhere to warn people about how terrible this "business" is. Don't put yourself in the same position I put myself in. Not worth it!!!!!

We apologize that we were not able to pick up your car on a timely manner. Sometime the price of a route changes overnight, something that we cant control.We did our best to find you a driver. And all your money has been refunded to you in full.
