Absolutely the worst experience with car transport

I would never, ever use this company again. Yes, they were on-time with the pick-up - but that's where the good ends. They flattened two of my tires because they left the emergency brake engaged while towing it up onto the carrier truck. They severely scratched the roof and sides of my car causing well over 1,000 dollars worth of damage. My car, delivered in the middle of the night, was undriveable. I had to call a cab to get me home and a tow truck to tow the car to a repair shop. Then, the owner of MRV told me they wouldn't pay for a rental car while my car was being repaired and that they wouldn't pay for all of the damage repair - only about half of it because their liability had been limited by the contract. He was rude and arrogant. I was overwhelmed with the move and new work otherwise I would have happily pursued a lawsuit against this horrible company and horrible person.
