Joanne from Parker Trucking was fantastic from the initial contact - as a first time vehicle transporter, I had alot of probably dumb questions and Joanne was cordial and friendly and talked me through the entire process. Everything worked as she discussed. The truck driver picked up the vehicle at my elderly parents house and allieved their fears with his great friendly demeanor... the driver was also very accommodating to my parents schedule for pickup time which was greatly appreciated. I talked with the driver about a half day prior to arrival and coordinated a pickup location. The whole experience, although nerve wracking at first, ended up being a very positive experience and I greatly appreciate the help and services provided by Joanne.... Thank you Joanne!
