Shocked. Just shocked at how easy and uneventful this was. I researched and researched companies on this site and was confused what to do. I narrowed the search to companies that would offer door to door service and wanted a company where the same person picking up the car in VA would deliver it in CA. For some reason the reviews of MJ Parker made me want to give them a call. Joanne responded quickly (actually calling me back on New Years Day.) She took time answer all of my 1000 questions and arranged for a pick up on the exact day requested. My son was moving to Los Angeles CA from Vienna VA and we has just bought him a new Jeep Patriot. I was so concerned that before it even had 500 miles, it would be damaged, scratched, etc. Well, it arrived in perfect condition and my son told me, just a little dusty. Originally Joanne told me that the car would arrive 1/14 (pick up was 1/5). We were fine with that and made arrangements to rent him a car for a week.(He was arriving in Los Angeles himself 1/8 and really needed a car starting 1/11) Mario picked up the car on 1/5 and said he would be in CA on 1/11 or 1/12 so we decided to not rent a car and appreciate not spending that money. I called Mario a few days in and he said all was going well and he would likely be there Monday 1/11 but actually showed up 1 day early on Sunday the 10th which was wonderful. This was the first time I ever transported a car. I will absolutely cam MJ Parker again if the need arises.
