Overall, this was an easy and excellent process. There was a delay in picking up the car, but that was related to the Labor Day weekend, not to any ineffectiveness on the part of the company. While the communication could have been a little better to notify me of the delay, that was a small blip in an overall quality experience. Driver and his dispatcher were very professional and easy to work with. Joanne was very helpful. Car was delivered in same condition and dropped off right at my office. Thank you.
